Before starting oxygen therapy, pay special attention to adequate fluid intake. Drink a minimum of 2 liters of still or filtered water daily. Proper hydration has a comprehensive impact on your entire body, including brain function and skin health.
Avoid consuming alcoholic and caffeinated beverages, and opt for still or filtered water instead of flavored, carbonated sodas.

The treated area should not be waxed 48 hours before the treatment!
No chemical intervention, such as peeling, should occur 10-14 days before the treatment!
